Luis LopesLuis graduated from Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Technology from Central New England College of Technology, a Master of Education Degree from Bridgewater State College, and completed his doctorate work at Nova Southeastern University where he earned an Education Specialist Degree. He has been involved with vocational education since 1983 and was appointed as Superintendent to Southeastern in 2007.

David WheelerDavid graduated from Brockton High School in 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Master's Degree in Management from Lesley University. He has worked in vocational education since 1998, and was appointed Principal in June 2007. Prior to coming to Southeastern, he worked as a computer technology teacher for Bristol-Plymouth Regional Vocational School in Taunton, and at the Massachusetts Department of Education.

Dave DeganDavid is a graduate of the Henry O. Peabody School where he majored in Culinary Arts. He holds an Associate Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cape Cod Community College, a Bachelors Degree in Vocational Education from Fitchburg State College, and a Masters Degree and a CAGS in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State College. He has served as a member of the Southeastern staff for twenty-three years. Thirteen years as a Baking and Pastry Arts Instructor, five years as a Vocational/Technical Cluster Supervisor, and five years as the Assistant Principal. He begins his new role as the Director of the Technical Institute in September of 2009. | Position:

James (Jay) CaffertyJay has an educational and professional background in the fields of Electricity and Computer Science. He graduated from New Bedford Vocational High School, attended Fitchburg State College and is licensed as a Vocational Supervisor/Director, Electrical Teacher, A+ Engineer, Progress Software Programmer, and a Master Electrician in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has over thirty years of experience as a Master Electrician including eleven years as an Assistant Superintendent of Fire Alarms. He has also worked for over ten years as an Electricity Teacher. Since 2003, Mr. Cafferty has held a position as the Information Technology Director and joined the Southeastern Regional Team in 2007.

Mark MorrisMark joined us in 2009 after making a change from a financial career to the education sector. He is certified as a School Business Administrator in Massachusetts and he has an undergraduate degree and M.B.A. in Finance. He has been employed by several financial institutions over the past fifteen years. James TassinariJim's background is in Marine and Facility Engineering as both an Engineer, and an instructor at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA). He graduated from the Mass Maritime with a major in Marine Engineering, and later became an Instructor there where he taught Construction and Cost Estimating. He has over three decades of experience as an Engineer, the last seven at a Vocational Technical High School concentrating on energy conservation and updating the facilities. | Position:
