Students learn skills that enable them to become future electricians. Students install the main components of a circuit board, conduit piping to protect wires, maintain electrical systems, and install fiber optic or coaxial cable lines within a home or office. Student electricians learn to read blueprints to work on complex electrical devices and oscilloscopes to diagnosis problems that may be hazardous. Students learn the Massachusetts and Federal wiring codes to work different schematics within wiring, codes, maintenance, installation and job estimation.
