Health Service Assistants are able to provide all types of personal care within the health care field. Support is provided either in a hospital, rehab, or home setting. Healthcare assistants can work in every area of health care such as personal home care aids, psychiatric aides and medical assistants in a doctor’s office.

Students may obtain state licensure as a Patient Care Assistant; CPR licensure; and Home Health aide certification.
