Design and Visual Communication (DVC) Honor Society inductees, families, teachers/support staff guests and administration celebrated an evening of excellence at their First Annual DVC Banquet on April 10, 2013, the last event at the high school’s old Colonial Room.

“It’s not enough to master your trade in a high tech world. Effective communication skills are more important than ever before”, notes Plumbing instructor Jarrod Lussier, who is focusing on written and verbal communication skills with all his sophomore students. 

Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School’s Culinary Arts students Karinelis Ayala, William Muzzy, Alexis Vincent-Gray and Daija Favors left the 2013 Bristol Community College Annual Skills USA Cake Show taking the high school winner title with them.

Three Southeastern students have won the high school version of a New England Emmy, which was awarded for producing a video of a girl’s high school basketball game at West Bridgewater High School.

Hard work, study and practical application of skills have paid off for 13 seniors at Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School as they became state certified, licensed cosmetologists.

Southeastern Voc-Tech High School will be hosting a Green Schools Summit on April 11, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., an annual environmental educational conference that takes place each year in Massachusetts.
