SERSD PROVIDES THANKSGIVING FEASTS FOR FAMILIES IN NEED
The Southeastern Staff always pulls together in a time of need and this year was no different. The school’s all hands on deck approach led two successful culminating efforts to ensure that all of our families received a Thanksgiving meal. Our food services team provided over 100 take home meals to any Southeastern family that signed up. Through the efforts of the Community Service Club and based on donations from all the staff, 13 families received a full box of Thanksgiving related items including a turkey. A warm meal was the school’s way of giving an extra bit of love, care, and compassion to those that need it most during the holiday season. We would like to thank all of the Southeastern Staff who graciously donated to our Thanksgiving Food Drives.
