The Boot & Shovel is reopening for full service to the public on September 15th!

The Boot and Shovel restaurant at Southeastern High School is a fully functioning restaurant run by students in the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Program. Besides being a classroom, we offer restaurant meals, catering, and special event services to the public. Call to inquire about your next event!


Within the Boot and Shovel restaurant, students learn all aspects of the foodservice industry by running a restaurant. From baking to cooking, to cash management to customer service, students experience all the individual pieces of their chosen career.


The Boot and Shovel restaurant is open to the public at various times throughout the year. Just enter through the main office with a valid ID (Drivers license or ID card) and they will direct you to our restaurant.  Reservations are not required although they are accepted!


New this year is the opening of our Pop up Food Truck! Be on the lookout for mote information!

We are now open to the public for takeout and dine-in!

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday (subject to change due to scheduling. Call ahead to verify we are open)
9:00 am – 10:00 am: Breakfast (Coffee, Pastries & Breakfast Sandwiches)
11:00 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch (See menus below)

Now accepting all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay.
