Xa'Nah Greene

We are pleased to announce Southeastern Regional's MAVA Student of the Year recipient, Xa'Nah Greene from the Networking and Cybersecurity program!

Xa’Nah Greene has a myriad of accomplishments in the school including Excalibird App Development (had the idea to create a pattern repetition app), developing curriculum for teacher trainings in E-HallPass, competed in the 11th Annual Independent Research Fair, replaced servers within the school, and helped in the development of the e-Sports team including choosing equipment and rigging system. Xa’Nah has achieved high academic honors in all years of high school and holds certifications in OSHA-10, Linked-In Python, TestOut IT Fundamentals Pro, TestOut PC Pro and TestOut Certified Ethical Hacker.

In her free time, Xa’Nah practices her JAVA coding skills and seeks to improve her abilities independently.  Xa’Nah took time to transcribe historical documents for the Smithsonian, volunteered for Cradles to Crayons, oversaw freshmen exploratory within her shop program and participated in Open House her junior and senior years. 

Xa’Nah plans on going to college and getting her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.  She enjoys coding and wants to continue pursuing this in the future.  She wants to be either an Archivist, a computer scientist, or something related to this field.
